Abdul Momen Choudhury

Mr. Abdul Momen Choudhury is the shareholder Director of GSP investments Limited. He obtained his B.A (Hons) in Economics 1961 from University of Dhaka. He started his career as Pakistan Audit & Accounts service in 1963.Thereafter by gradually Mr. Choudhury attended Pakistan Finance Services Academy, Lahore (1963-1964) and Audit and Accounts service Academy, Lahore (1963-64) then Joined as Assistant Accountants General of Pakistan Revenues, Jauharabad ,(1965-66), in the next time he Joined Pakistan Foreign Service, and Civil Service Academy (1966-67). He also contributed his services in Pakistan Embassies in Damascus, Dar es Salam (1968 -1971) as Third and Second Secretary, then Calcutta, Islamabad, London and Ottawa as First Secretary and Counsellor,(1972-1982) by the time worked at Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dhaka as Director General/Ambassador (1985- 1987). He also served his dignity full profession as a High Commissioner to Kenya in (1985-87), and as an Ambassador to Burundi, Bahrain, kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and again to KSA (1997-2000).Thereafter Additional Foreign Secretary (MFA) 1994 and as  Member Secretary of the Special Committee for the Reorganization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the mission abroad. Since retirement in 2000 as Ambassador/ Secretary remain occupied with travel, golf and participation in seminars and talk shows as an analyst of current affairs.
